Making A Purchase Making a purchase could not be easier. Just browse our Catalog, and click on any items that you wish to buy and put them into the shopping cart. After you have finished your selection, click on "Order" and you will be asked for a few details that we need to be able to satisfy the order. We only charge in GBP Pounds Sterling - payment received must match the GBP value of your order. If payment is made by a credit card registered in another currency, the order will be charged in GBP and the card issuer will convert the GBP order amount back to your currency at their published rate & foreign exchange charges. When confirmation of order is received, this is to indicate that we have received your order. It does not indicate that a contract exists between us. We will indicate acceptance of your order, and hence a contract between us, when we send you an invoice. We have included this term to protect us in the case that a mistake has been made in pricing, we have inadvertently under-priced goods, or we are no longer able to supply a particular product for some reason. In the case of a change of price, we will always contact you first to ensure that the price is acceptable. The unit quantity prices on this website are valid for orders placed on this website only. We do not charge for any item until it is ready to ship. Backordered items are not charged until they are shipped. ## Important Note: Actual quantity will differ from the ordered quantity and an adjustment will be added to reflect this. Differences circa plus or minus 10 percent of the quantity ordered. Therefore the total on the order will initially be an ESTIMATE as the quantity will be adjuted to actual weights. When fully paid, we will normally release ASAP with the adjustment made. Orders that are paid by card : Your card will be pre-authorised for the amount on the order and the final confirmed amount will be charged in GBP Pounds Sterling on day of despatch. ## If you require to know the total before we despatch, then please indicate this in the "Special Order Instructions" (beneath the shipping option) - and we will hold the order pending your approval. ## Payments by Cheque / Postal Order / Bank Transfer #1 : Must be in GBP £ Pounds Sterling, drawable from a UK Bank. #2 : Please wait for us to contact you with the correct amount to pay (we will usually send you a proforma invoice) CERTIFICATION If any form of approval or certification is required, or the goods are for use in the aerospace or aircraft industries we must be advised at the time of ordering. Shipping And Handling FOR SHIPPING TO UK ADDRESSES: Typical parcel of 20KGS to UK - England (mainland) address will be £12.00 Online prices are for website orders only. Prices for offline orders (verbal/fax/email) may be subject to surcharges due to extra overheads involved. The customer should check the email order confirmation to verify that the order includes an accurate delivery address. Once the order is collected by our shipping partner, they will keep you informed via email or SMS regarding the delivery progress. For shipping services that require a signature, kindly ensure someone will be available to sign for the goods on the scheduled delivery day. In the event that your package cannot be successfully delivered, please follow their instructions for further steps. Should your order be returned to us, we will pass on any return delivery charges made by the shipper back on your order, and if you still require your order, a another shipping charge will be necessary. When choosing shipping method, shipping method times are not a guarantee of how quickly you will receive the item from time of order. Those times are only valid from time of despatch, see further below under "Delivery Schedule" for order assembling, picking and despatch times - if goods are required by a certain date, please enter those details in the "Special Order Instructions" box during checkout. Delivery Schedule Most prepaid orders are processed and despatched within 1 working day of receipt of order. Special metred items and items needing special requirement may take longer. In all other cases we will endeavour to deliver as soon as all items are available as required. Exceptions : Christmas Holiday period - we are closed for 1 week during the Christmas period, so please allow extra 3 working days. Also: Orders paid by card will have the quickest turnaround, while orders paid by bank transfer may take longer as it needs to be checked manually. ================================================== |

Returns Policy The customer must inspect the products as soon as possible after direct delivery. If there is noticeable damage on a delivery where a signature is required, please sign the delivery "RECEIVED DAMAGED" and contact us to advise of the problem whereupon arrangements to rectify will be made.
